Returns and Refund Policy

  1. All good are subject to availability. If the item you have ordered is not available within a suitable time frame or we are unable to find an acceptable alternative you will be able to cancel your order and be entitled to a full refund.
  2. All product specifications listed on our website or detailed in product literature made available by Kingswood Leisure are to give a general description of the products for sale. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the products purchased will fit into the space intended and that access to install these products is possible. If a delivery cannot be made due to unviable access then a refund will be issued but a £150.00 delivery, installation and restocking charge will be deducted from the refund.
  3. A Delivery will be completed once the product has been installed in the customers premises as detailed on the order form. A signature will be required from somebody authorised to accept the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that at the time of the prearranged delivery somebody is available to sign for the goods. Once an authorised signature has been obtained the delivery will deemed complete. 
  4. Once the delivery has been signed for we will warrant the goods for a period of 12 months as being reasonably fit for purpose for which the goods are being sold by us.
  5. At the point of delivery it is the authorised signatories responsibility to highlight any issues that they have with the quality of the product supplied. If at this point the authorised signatory does not wish to take delivery of the goods then Kingswood Leisure will issue a full refund. 
  6. Once the goods have been signed for and goods are deemed fit for purpose then returns will not be accepted.
